I’m Lisa Zarick, the founder of One Team At A Time, LLC. For over 20 years as an HR executive and change leader in large global organizations like Boeing, Allstate, and Deloitte, I’ve devoted my career to helping leaders navigate organizational change, improve team effectiveness and develop and grow in their careers and leadership.
An MSOD graduate of Weatherhead School of Management and a Certified Co-Active Professional Coach, I work with leaders and their teams to improve their impact and deliver sustainable results by adopting structures and practices that fit today’s world of work.
